a traditional pinwheel patchwork quilt block
with a pair of star cluster triangles
and a pair of striped triangles.
Find red stripe print paper in the correct scale -
or use the connected stripes cutout shape to overlay
on the large triangle base
(see thru for the "white" stripes),
then trim to match base triangle size.
Four "patches" are attached to the patch base square,
then that assembly is stacked on
the rectangle contrast base.
Three-part banner is layered, then positioned using brad
or stud punches on the rounded-corner card front.
Delicate "Freedom" letters can be positioned
on banner using the optional positioning guide.
The banner and word cut are versatile
for use with other patriotic 2D or 3D designs.
