Bendy Multi Panel Photo Card

Alternating perforation folds create squares and triangles that allow
this dimensional card to fold and stack so it can be compressed
and decoratively tied for giving.
Use various offset panels to decorate spaces,
including some plain enough for penning a message.
Connect your card to specific events or holidays
by using square panel shape as template to focus
and trim photo reprints to present a memories card.
(Photo panels would be cut to approx. 3.5” x 3.5”.)
Format allows for 3-4 photo squares on front and
an optional 4 more on back.
Card measures approx. 3.75x3.75 when folded.
This multipurpose card can be used over and over
by adding the size-matched welded word cuts
(“Love You Dad”, “Congrats New Dad”, “Spooky Halloween”
or “Christmas Elves”) on the front square panel
to introduce a set of themed photograph panels.

A coordinated size envelope design with
discs twine closure is also available.

ASSEMBLY: 1. Identify and cut the shapes:
A main card body & B add-on card body
C front plain panel
D triangle panels for divided squares (6 pair)
E photo square trimming template
*F photo reprints for trimming to size
(3 for front, opt. 4 for back)
G opt. triangle panels for divided squares back(6 pair)
*edit or modify original 4x6 print files, then have them
reprinted so that a 3.5"x3.5" square
of selected portion of photo can be marked and
trimmed to size
2. Prepare the card body sections by bending on perforation
lines following this notated diagram (NOTE this image has
a optical illusion quality to it - so follow text, not visual clues.)
3. Position add-on flange tabs along the right end edge
as shown, underlap the main panel edges and attach in place.
4. Position and attach the plain front panel with
offset margins all around within the left end square
panel as defined by cut edges and perforations.
5. Position and attach accent triangles in similar manner,
with long edges very slightly away from diagonal
perforation.  Repeat this step for the remaining
edge and perforated panels on the front side.
Complete the backside of bendy base in the same manner.
6. Prepare the photo panels by either using the 3.5"x3.5"
template or use the template shape when being set up
for cutting to cut a "window" which can be used to
sample image placement, then corners marked,
then rotary, art knife or scissors trimmed.
If available, use a small radius corner trimmer
to round the corners of the photos.
7. Apply photo-friendly adhesive to the photo backside . . .
. . . then position on the square panels located
across the center of the card base, with offset
narrow margin all around between photo edge
and square-defining perforations.
Repeat for the remaining photos and squares.
8. If desired, decorate the "front" panel, including
using the sized-to-fit sentiment welded word designs
such as the "Congrats NEW Dad" design included on sample.
Assemble the "Congrats" front panel element
as follows: position and attach the "Congrats"
and "Dad" contrast cut outs onto . . .
. . . "NEW" silhouette base.
Position and attach the assembly onto plain front panel.
9. With accent shapes and photos in place, re-fold
the card into its "stacked" form.
10. Wrap the compressed (stacked) card with twine
or raffia. If desired, prepare the "Env Discs Twine Closure"
coordinated envelope.
