Snowflake Round Frame Ornament or Tag

Four inch ornament main disc shape with contained snowflake 

can be centered inside the Snow Flake Hanger 3D with 

Candle main shape as it is arranged for cutting to harvest 

5-6 otherwise wasted card stock discs at center

of snowflake hanger main shapes. 

Or, simply cut from fresh stock several shapes to glue together 

into a thick ornament. Add offset outer ring overlays 

on front and back, and contrast or matching snowflake overlay. 

Attach hook or twine through center top cut punch hole. 

Ornament measures approx. 4” tall x 4” wide. 

ASSEMBLY: 1. Identify and cut the shapes:

A front, back and interior ornament main layers (6)

(NOTE that these can be cut during the snowflake hanger

cutting sequence from the card stock used for that project.)

B contrast accent ring (1, or 2 to decorate back also)

C contrast accent snowflake overlay 

(1, or 2 to decorate back also)

2. Apply liquid glue such as Tombo Aqua to first

main shape, then position and attach to second shape

in sequence, adjust to carefully and precisely align

ALL cut edges.

3. Continue to apply glue to appropriate main shape

surface, then position and attach until all layers

are attached into a stack.

Immediately press under a heavy flat weight such as

a thick book, until thoroughly dry. NOTE that this

may require several hours or overnight.

Also, if the glue up work of the 6 layers does NOT progress

quickly enough, press the attached layers under weight

while glue is being applied to next-up layer.

4. Position and attach accent ring(s) to front and/or

back of ornament, taking care to align hanger hole.

5. Position and attach snowflake overlay on top

of matching shape of main assembly, on front

(and back as desired).

Press under flat weight until thoroughly dried.

Attach large jump ring through hang hole, and

decorative hook or ribbon loop as desired.
