All the components needed to create this
dimensional,
detailed holiday 4x6 card. Base has rounded corners.
Front offset
accent panel includes wreath opening
and ‘ray’ dash lines to assist with
positioning of 24
double-point tags cut from three complimentary prints
(or more as you
choose). Other accents include:
leprechaun three-part hat, shamrock sprig pair
and single,
layered bracket label with ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ welded word cut.
ASSEMBLY: 1. Identify and cut the shapes:
A card base B front offset panel
B1 wreath guide opening shape - retain if desired
to fill in the opening so wreath doesn't "see thru"
C main color wreath tags (12)
D & E secondary color wreath tags (6 each)
F St. Patrick's Day word weld G "St." contrast
H & I base medallion and offset top layer medallion
J bowler hat base, brim and band
K double shamrock base L right shamrock overlay
M left shamrock accent
position above the wreath opening, aligning the rounded
edge at the scallop shape of the opening, and attach.
5. Position and attach the next four in these
strategic positions, then . . .
. . . position a pair in alternating positions around
the inner scallop cutout edge, keeping them radiating
in evenly-spaced way between the "N-S-E-W" tags.
6. Position the Set B tags in the alternate spaces
between two of the A set tags, aligning at scallop edge
and adjusting to be even between A tags.
7. Repeat step 6 above to position and attach the C tags
in the remaining positions.

2. Prepare the card base by bending back on the side
perforation line.
3. Position and attach the front panel offset accent.
NOTE: if you want the wreath "opening" filled in,
retain the "weeded" scallop circle to fill the space.
The scallop edges can still provide guidance for
tag top placement, through more difficult to see when
the filler is in place. OR use a contrast circle glued
behind the opening of the front panel.
4. Position the first tag of group A in the "12 o'clock"position above the wreath opening, aligning the rounded
edge at the scallop shape of the opening, and attach.

in the remaining positions.
8. Layer and attach the medallion base and offset accent.
Position and attach the "St." contrast overlay if desired.
9. Position and attach the medallion assembly
over the lower wreath tips at bottom of card front.
(Consider using foam dimensional squares.)
10. Assemble the hat unit by adding the brim
overlay to the bottom of base, then attaching band.
11. Assemble the right double shamrock accent by
attaching lower overlay.
12. Position and attach the hat, double, and single
shamrock accents near the wreath's inner edges.
Here is the completed card.
