Flag Card 5x7 with Studs

Patriotic, military or July 4th greeting card which features
star cutout corner square and wavy stripes.
Studs or jewels (or substitute .23 contrast color cut circles)
are placed over circle cut outs inside stars or along stripes.
Cut out circles in panel and stripes are stud position guides.
Top-fold card measures approx. 5” x 7” when folded.

ASSEMBLY: 1. Identify and cut the shapes:
A top fold card base   B flag base
C starry field base (shows thru star cutouts)
D star cut outs panel
E stripes (3 short, 2 long)
2. Procure the "standard" size studs to fit the .23"
circles cut into the design. Or studs that will
sufficiently cover the hole cut outs.
These were found and purchased from our (Utah)
local Dollar Days store in their crafts section.
3. Position and attach the stars panel on top of
the white base shape with circles hole punch.
NOTE that the TOP direction for stars is with
the single point facing north; and for the circle holes
punched panel should have the arrow cur pointing north.
When the two are overlaid, the circles should show
through the star cut outs at the center.
4. Use the guide marks cut into the flag base shape
near upper and left edges to . . .
. . . position and attach the starry panel unit.
5. Position and attach the stripes in position where
the stripe holes and flag panel base align.
6. Prepare the card base by ending forward along
the center perforation.
7. Position, centered, and attach the flag base
assembly onto the card base front.
8. Position and attach the studs into the circle
hole cut outs, blue in the starry panel, red into stripes.
Here is the completed flag card with studs.
