2. Prepare the "print & cut" plaque following
die cutting instructions from online Silhouette tutorial.
3. Prepare card components:
A) layer upper head base and contour, aligning
outer edges (NOTE contour shape curves above

and nostril opening);

in similar manner;
C) position and attach upper and lower assemblies
onto T-Rex base, with narrow offset margin
around shapes at outer edges (back head has

carefully glue the letter base (white) shapes
into cut out positions. When letters secured . . .
. . . carefully peel guide away and discard.
Position and attach narrow letter overlays in center
of letter bases.
E) Prepare the emblem base by positioning and
attaching the frame over the base shape, then
the ring into center of frame.
4. Add the Rex head unit, centered near top of
frame opening with words panel (overlaps jaw lower
edge slightly) with narrow offset at end edges.
5. Prepare card base by bending flange of back panel
back, attaching front panel along flange.
6. Center completed emblem over front accent panel
and attach in place.
7. Position front panel assembly over card front
with narrow offset margin at edges, and attach.
8. Position and attach "print & cut" plaque at top
